This material is provided as a sample. DyoCore reserves the right to amend this warranty from time to time as it applies to the companies products. For actual warranty information please reference the material included in your purchase.

DyoCore warrants the performance of the product listed above, on the project listed, for a period of (5 or 10 years) from the date of application (Warranty Date). The product, when applied in accordance with DyoCore's’ application instructions will prevent product damage for the full warranty period. If the product fails to perform as stated, DyoCore will provide sufficient product to repair in part or replace in whole where product has failed.

This warranty excludes labor costs, direct, incidental or consequential damages. DyoCore expressly disclaims all liability for:

• Pre-existing installation surface damage or excessive wear
• Damage resulting from natural disasters or several environmental conditions +/- 40o norm for the installed environment/location
• Installation surface structural failures to include cracking
• Damage resulting from new construction or any new installation on or through surfaces to which product has been applied
• Unsatisfactory results caused by coatings applied prior to or after the warranted product
• Unsatisfactory results caused by alteration of the product prior to application

Residential Limited Lifetime Quality Promise

DyoCore and its Authorized Distributors and/or Department dealer (collectively referred to as “Sellers”) warrant that for as long as the original consumer of the DyoCore product lives in the home where DyoCore products are installed DyoCore products will:

1. Maintain Solar Film Properties without cracking, crazing, or peeling
2. Maintain Coated Finish without blistering, bubbling, or delaminating from the components
3. Maintain Appearance without discoloration
4. Maintain frame Bearing Free Movement and Directional control
5. Maintain Power Output in functional conditions +/- 10%

Within the warranty period we will replace the defective parts. The factory will determine if a part is indeed defective.

Warranty is conditional upon the following failures or damages due to the following:

1. Improper installation or setup, unusual use or failure to follow installation user manual.
2. Removal, installation or repairs by unlicensed 3rd parties
3. Lightning or static damage
4. Blade damage caused by contact with other objects
5. Wind speed conditions above the products rated maximum speed.
6. Failures or damages caused by failing to follow the guidelines established by state and local regulations
7. Damages caused by improper wiring or disassembly of any electronic component

The warranty is only valid when DyoCore products are installed by professional, licensed and/or certified by state contractors. In the event of homeowner installation or unlicensed 3rd party installation the warranty is limited to a $200 replacement allotment for repair or towards full unit replacement. Shipping to an authorized DyoCore dealer is at the cost of the owner.

In the event the product is found to be defective under this warranty, Seller will:

1. Replace the Component proved to be defective
2. Provide Shipping, Repair and/or Replacement Free of Charge

This warranty is provided only to the original purchaser and is not transferable.

Seller also warrants against Component failure due to thermal shock and/or several weather conditions that specifically affect the output power of the product by greater then +/- 10%. (maximum value of $200 per unit towards the retail replacement purchase of a new unit) caused only as a direct result of several adverse environmental events provided the product was installed as recommended within the product use manual and failure is reported to the Seller within the specified time (listed below) from the start of the installation.

• Sixty (60) months coverage against thermal shock component frame failure
• Forty (40) months coverage against motor or solar film failure

There is a consumer deductible of $25.00 (or 5% of the replacement cost, whichever is greater) per claim. Any component failure covered by this warranty must be reviewed by Seller prior to repair, and only covers failed component replacement.

This warranty is void if the product has been subjected to abuse or improper care. Seller should not be liable in either tort or contract for any loss or damage, direct, indirect, special, consequential, or incidental, arising out of the use or inability to use this product. Some states or provinces do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitations may not apply to you.

Important Notice: Product Care

The SolAir product may be washed with common washing solutions, including ammonia-based products, thirty (30) days after installation. Abrasive type cleaning agents and bristle brushes which would scratch the solar film must not be used. Synthetic sponges, squeegees, or soft cloths are recommended to be used with the cleaning solution. To maintain your warranty, do not use tape or other adhesive products on the frame or its components.
After installation, a new motor might require a few days for the sealed bearings to break-in. You should experience full performance within a few days after installation.

Warranty is invalid if the product is used other than as intended by DyoCore as outlined in the product User/Installation Manual.

The buyer and/or owner of purchased / installed DyoCore products assume full responsibility and risk for damages associated with the installation and use of such products.

DyoCore is not responsible for any consequential damages that any person or property might suffer as a result of wind turbine defects and failures or installation in an unsafe environment for normal operation of the product. All DyoCore products should be installed as outlined in each products User/Installation Manual.

All DyoCore wind turbines must be installed following the guidelines established by state and local regulations. Consult a local electrical contractor or the local planning and zoning office for details and regulations.

For product returns/repairs products under warranty must be shipped at the end user's expense. If after evaluation it is determined that the turbine meets repair or replacement under its warranty, incurred shipping costs will be returned.

Customers submitting product for warranty claims agree to provide detailed information as requested support the warranty claim. If information requested is not submitted in a timely manner or unavailable after reasonable attempts to obtain such information DyoCore reserves the right to void the warranty claim.

DyoCore reserves the right to replace the defective component, provide a re-furbished replacement or replace with new upon DyoCore’s discretion. DyoCore will do its best to repair or replace a product under warranty in a timely manner. Discovery and repair and/or replacement process is estimated to take 3 to 4 weeks and is dependant of the timely exchange of requested information, available replacement parts and/or current inventory for a replacement unit.

In the event a product with a valid warranty claim cannot be repaired to its original condition and no similar unit or product is available due to a discontinued part/component DyoCore reserves the right to provide a full original purchase price credit towards the purchase of any then current available DyoCore products.

This warranty is extended to the owner named herein and is not transferable.

THIS WARRANTY IS EXPRESSLY IN LIEU OF ANY OTHER WARRANTIES AND/OR ANY IMPLIED WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS. ALL SPECIFICATIONS ARE SUBJECT TO CHANGE WITHOUT NOTICE. THIS WARRANTY GIVES YOU SPECIFIC LEGAL RIGHTS AND YOU MAY ALSO HAVE OTHER RIGHTS WHICH VARY FROM STATE TO STATE OR PROVINCE TO PROVINCE.

This warranty covers continental U.S. and Canadian installations only by authorized DyoCore agents and/or state licensed contractors. 1 year major parts and components warrantee for product purchased for international use, electrical components (inverter) are sold as-is for international use.
